You can apply labels on the sides, top, bottom or sides of a product or box at QUADRUPLE the normal speed of the print engine.

The idea of combining a high performance print engine with a very reliable wipe-on applicator allows for the end user to double or even quadruple the amounts of production from a simple print& apply system. Overcoming the speed restrictions from the engine by commanding a print signal so far in advance and looping the label ahead of time to dispense it as quickly as the container or products flow through the line.

The real difference lies in the concept and design of the units. Using our highly reliable AE616 labeler and the STA616 print & apply frame, servicing is a non- issue and productivity goes through the roof.

The STA/AE616HS Combo system, high end Print N apply system allows for the identification and label application on boxes, product packages, plastic containers and any other product.  Using the thermal transfer technologies from reputed manufacturers such as Sato, and Datamax, Nita Equipment Inc.  builds the system with high quality components and can add options to suit your requirements.
