Xp200 Double labeler system w/ conveyor

Built to accommodate a very demanding production line with its flawless inline labeling capacity, the SynerG XP series allows you to add the required options in a versatile manner. One or two extremely reliable AE612 label heads are joined with a conveyor, interchangeable wipe gates, a pathfinder alignment module, product spacing station, top clamping belt, and/or wrap around station to produce an extremely versatile complete system able to apply labels on both sides of boxes, bottles, packages. Wrap-around applications of any size labels on any cylindrical shape such as bottles, lipsticks, containers, highlighters, paint pens, as well as on conical or octagonal shapes has never been easier!

A print engine can also be added to the system to incorporate lot numbers or expiry dates in the typesetting of your choice. Truly versatile and modular this Synergy XP system series allows you to chose from our standrad XP100, XP200, with or without synchronized support belts. A standard support allows for vertical and horizontal adjustments as well as inclinations of the print head ALL WITHOUT THE USE OF TOOLS.
